Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return,

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please be careful of make up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

We do not offer price adjustments. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lepapillonstyle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have a high volume of returns, you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy. The Modified Return Policy entails:

- No Free Returns

- 15% Restocking Fee

- No Free Exchanges

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If you are not totally obsessed with your  purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit only within 7 days of purchase. We must receive the return within 7 days from the date of purchase. If received later than the 15 days, the product will be returned back to the customer. We provide FREE Return Labels for all U.S. Orders. Store credit never expires.

Your store credit must be used in its entirety, and it is valid for 1 time use only. It cannot be used with any other discounts. The store credit does not apply towards shipping charges. It is only valid on our products.
